I am unable to click and drag pictures into my album. How can I fix this?
This is a compatibility issue that occurs with Internet Explorer. It can be resolved by using a different browser or by activating the option by opening the menu Tools and selecting Compatibility View.

I am having trouble getting my pictures from Facebook/Flickr/Photobucket?
Because we don't have total control over the consistency of the connection to sites like Facebook, we can't guarantee that your photos will always be accessible.

How many photos can I upload at a time?
You can upload up to 200 photos in a given session. If you need to upload more than 200 photos, you'll have to upload those first 200, and then refresh your browser to upload more.

What are the photo size limits?
In order to ensure respectable image quality, photos must be at least 480x480 pixels. The maximum size is 6000x6000 pixels. Most photos taken by digital cameras shouldn't fall outside this range.

Can I pick up my book instead of shipping?
GECOprints currently does not allow pick up of books, though we may consider offering this at a later date.

How many pages can I have in my book?
The minimum number of pages in a book is 20. Any fewer than that might reduce the quality of the binding. You can have up to a maximum of 180 pages in your book.

How long does GECOprints keep my photos?
GECOprints maintains your photos on the site for 12 months after account creation or your last purchase. If you do not purchase any product or service from us for a period of 12 months, we may delete the images stored in your account. In addition, if your account becomes inactive for a period of 60 months, GECOprints may, at its option, terminate access to the account altogether (including deletion of any account information held on GECOprints.ca).
