After you place an order with GECOprints, you will see a confirmation page with an order number. Print or save this page for your records. If you contact Customer Service for help with your order, this number will help us respond to your inquiry.

Soon after you place your order, we will send you an email message to confirm. This message will contain your order number for future reference.

Shipping notification
Then, when we ship your order, we will send you an email message letting you know that we have shipped it.
